I have bought a samsung TV (55) last week .but there is a staff help us only the untill payment , 👎 atleast they will help carrying to ascenseur but after we paid no body care us . And it was mentioned there that when we buy tv with wifi (bouygues) on time they will give offer 80€. Even i did both same date on time. I didn’t get offer yet. Is this offer valid if i purchase separately?

I purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung washing machine just 16 months ago. Despite normal family use, it has already broken down. A repair technician identified a hole in the drum and informed me that it's out of warranty, requiring a minimum €500 repair and a wait of at least 15-20 days. I'm extremely disappointed. European law mandates a 24-month warranty, and this premature failure is unacceptable. I've been forced to purchase a new washing machine from a different brand and store. This experience highlights the wasteful nature of our current system. A washing machine, full of valuable materials and energy, should be repairable.
